Each episode is $3.50 for a total of $49.99. Each episode covers material found in Course 1 and aids the listener in the course content.

The classroom courses includes workbooks, forms and law references.
Courses may be attended out of sequence and must be attended in their entirety.
These courses are approved for live classes and are pending approval by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for real estate pre license education Courses 1, 2, 3 & Brokers course are 30 hours each via Webinar
